The Spa tub was to be tested thoroughly for leaks before final installation of the walls and tiles. He failed to test the tub for leaks and  installed it anyway, it leaked which may require the entire bathtub and walls to be removed. The electrical service required 2 new circuits to the electrical panel, he only installed one which was not sufficient to operate the bathtub. The tub was wired incorrectly and didn't operate after he said he was finished and requested payment, when I called to discuss the issues with him he refused to make any corrections and hung up. The tile work was completely mismatched with the existing tile pattern and extremely uneven. The wrong color tile grout was used on the floor. The walls were left unfinished as he did not return to finish the work once I paid him most of the contracted price. Possible estimates to repair his shoddy work are in excess of $10,000.

I have used Ramon in the past to completely redo my bathroom.
He does excellent work, is very dependable, and his prices are good.
I just called him today 3-29-16 to do more worrk for me.

We used Ramon based on the reviews on Angie's List.  He came promptly for an estimate, giving us an estimate if we were to do the removal of the old tile.  When we found the adhesive hard to remove, I called him back and asked for an additional price to remove the adhesive.  He quoted me the extra charge, even though he said they usually give a price for the entire job.  He showed up promptly at the agreed time, removed the adhesive, and laid the tile in a very professional manner. The next day he arrived promptly to grout the tile, using the color grout we chose.  We are very pleased with our new floor and would use Ramon again if we needed more tile work.

Ramon perez did an amazing job couldn't of have asked for a better. He is very clean with his jobs, he finished his job in one week. I will fully 100% recomend ramon perez he does miracles he makes the place look 10 times better!!! So happy with the work he did ?.

I never heard back from him. After a couple of weeks I called another plumber and had him give me a recommendation. I will not be calling Ramon again.

I contacted Ramon based on reviews provided in Angie's List. He provided an estimate for different variations of the job as we were undecided about how we would actually like for the work to be completed. We provided the tile and he was very clear about what he would provide. His estimate was VERY reasonable and I instructed him to proceed as soon as he could. He said he would be able to do the work on a Saturday morning starting between 8:30 and 9. He arrived at 8:45, clarified how we wanted the wok to proceed and completed the work in 7 hours. His work was extremely well done and he was careful to not make a mess in the process. When he finished he thoroughly cleaned the work site . We are delighted with the project. He did all of the work himself and I would highly recommend him for any tile related projects.

Ramon is wonderful. He installed ceramic tile in my kitchen, dining room, and entry way. My home is pier and beam, so he had to install cement board and level the floor. He also installed 5 ceiling fans, replaced a kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet, installed a new bathroom toilet, vanity light fixture, and counter top, and manufactured and installed a new door frame. Ramon and his helper worked non-stop and completed everything in just under 3 days. They exceeded all expectations for punctuality, professionalism, and job quality. My parents and sister have used Ramon as well to complete work on their homes, and both have had equally great experiences. I highly recommend Ramon, and will definitely use him again!!

I called Ramon, explained what I needed (small drywall repair). Twice we set up times for him to meet me at my house to do an estimate. He did not show up either time and never bothered to call me and say he'd had an emergency and could we re-schedule etc.

I called Ramon on Monday, March 3 to offer him a painting job on a bathroom. He never came, although I waited all day.\I called the next day and left a message for him to call. I haven't heard from him yet.

Ramon does beautiful work and leaves the job site clean. We are very pleased and will use him again. Always does what he says he will.

I'm not even sure where to start. Ramon and his crew, Pedro came out Mon-Sat 8:30-5 and worked hard the whole time. The work ethic, kindness and honestly is so refreshing and quite a blessing to come across. The project was done in 2 1/2 weeks. The attentions to detail was wonderful. They were so easy to talk to and work with. He gave many cost saving suggestions and did what he could to save me money on material. I am planning another project with him soon and would HIGHLY recommend him. I was given 2 other quotes for the work and his came in well under both of them. He believes in giving and honest days work for honest wage.

Ramon was at our house at 8 am everyday and stayed until he had finished what he could do for the day. Ramon was clean and made sure all the debris was cleaned up on the last day. The shower is beautiful and done right this time! I will definitely use Ramon.for all future projects.
