She is very professional, very punctual and very friendly. She charges the regular or normal percentage. It is actually our second time to use her.

Janeen Williams is an extremely knowledgeable realtor who made this process enjoyable and easy. She worked hard to find a home that had as many of our and quot;wantsand quot; as possible. She took care of all the pesky details like finding financing and setting up inspections, etc. We love our home and are so glad she encouraged us to wait for the right one!
For several months after our move, Janeen was one of the few people in town we knew! We continued to call her for references for all sorts of things from physicians to hair stylists and if she didn't know of someone, she would ask around and get back to us right away.
We referred her to some of my husband's colleagues and they recently bought a home with her. They were as pleased with her work and personality as we were. She continues to be a dear family friend.
