Our garage door stopped closing all the way. This company installed the door originally maybe 10 years ago, so we called them to trouble shoot it. They arrived on time, were professional, and saw the cause of the problem immediately. They were here for about 20 minutes, brought their own repair equipment and supplies too. I liked the technicians attitude and personality, he was very nice. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Price Overhead door scheduled me for 4/28/14 between 10 and 12. The servicing tech called at 12 sharp. He was in my driveway at 12:10. My door had a broken torsion spring. It took Tim (the tech) approx 30 minutes to replace the spring, set the correct tension on the spring and make sure all was OK. He further inspected the door, lubed all the pivot points on both the main door and the smaller secondary door, inspected the chain tension on both and secured the corner of some weatherstripping on the main door. Service was excellent. Also discovered that they are an Amarr garage door distributor. I plan on replacing the doors early next year and will use these folks to do so.

Installation went well. Workers were professional, neat, and got the job done in a reasonable time.

I called first thing on a Monday morning. Said they could get it done the next day. I took off work and waited for someone to show up on Tuesday. Didn't show. I called, said they were booked up, would be there Wend. Took off work, they showed up and got the job done.

I would use them again, but would also use anyone who could give me faster service. Raising a garage door when the springs are broken is not easy.

My garage door was stopping occasionally opening and sometimes while closing. I tried to adjust the door myself but wasn't satisfied with what I had done. So I called Price Overhead Door, who had installed the door years ago, about noon for a tune-up on my garage door and was given an appointment of 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. He estimated a $60.00 service call plus parts. I had forgotten a funeral I had to attend at 2:00 and remade an appointment for 3:00 to 5:00. I got home at 3:00 and he was there all ready working (i had given him the garage door code). It took him approximately 20 minutes to adjust the door and lubricate it. He told me how to lubricate it myself twice a year. He charged me just the service call.

After I made the appointment with Price, I called a number of other overhead door people and was satisfied with Price's service call charge of $60 plus parts.
