Very prompt response, was able to get a price quote on the phone by giving them the door dimensions.
Got the door installed within 2 -3 working days, they found some needed carpentry work to shore up the jambs and called me before proceeding, Added only $100 additional to estimate. I had an old wood single car garage door replaced with a new metal one. The quality of work was excellent, my only complaint was that the worker(s) did not clean up well, left bolts and pulleys on the garage floor, unscrewed a push button from the wall and left it hanging, left part of the old garage mechanism and spring hanging from the rafters, moved items in my garage and did not put them back. I reported this to the company afterwards, wasn't too impressed with their response. I would recommend Overhead Door and would use them again despite the poor cleanup.

Called and talked to the owner. explained the problem. the double garage door at my home wouldn't open or close properly. he gave me a date and estimated time for a technician to come and take a look. explained the charges (minimum of $79.00 (?) for the service visit which would be credited to any additional costs for parts or labor. The technician was on time, called me with the estimate, I gave him the go ahead and he had the work done within a day. These folks were friendly, polite, and did exactly what they said they would.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The company had been in town for a long time and had a good reputation, was competitive on price and had done some repair work for me previously. They showed up on time, were very organized and meticulous with the installation and demonstrated all functions to us. I was surprised the bill was $400 higher than the estimate, so the installer called the supervisor for me. My discussion with him revealed I had requested and received an estimate for an un-insulated door, but they had installed an insulated door. They gave me a discount for the mess up and I was so pleased with the new door construction and installation, I felt I got a good deal. The next day, the door failed to operate, and the repairman came out very quickly and found a hidden problem with a rope during manufacturing. It was corrected and tested within 30 minutes and the door has operated well ever since.

I sold the old door and operator and the installation crew helped load the old door on the buyers trailer and advised him how to install it.

I got three over the phone estimates for replacing the springs. They ranged from $280-$320. Overhead Door quoted me $140 and did exactly that. All of my garage door repair will be with them.

Overhead Door was very through and quick with the repair. They reshaped and reattached the bracket, and put a metal plate over part of it. They said the plate was supposed to have already been on it. They then lubricated the track on the door. With all they did they were amazingly quick. The price was a real pleasant surprise. I expected it would be more. I truly feel Overhead Door is a safe, knowledgeable, reasonable priced company. On top of all this they were very friendly gentlemen. Honestly, could not have asked for better.

They were quick to respond and gave good service for a fair price. I have used them for the last 10 years and been verry happy.

I called them on a Monday morning and they were able to get out to my house on Tuesday around lunch time. The tech called and met me at home. Took him only about 20 minutes to complete. I received the bill in the mail a few days later. Tech was quick and efficient. Most of the cost was the service call charge of $60. The spring itself was only $35. The only reason I gave them a B on responsiveness is it took a day to get out. I am not complaining at all about that, I am just reserving the A for same day service.
