"At Noah's Ark Pet Hospital we strive to practice quality medicine and take good care of our clients' and their pets. We believe our clients view their pets as family and we aim to treat them accordingly. We do get busy as all medical practitioners sometimes do. In order to contact and correct this we looked up [member name removed] record and found that we have seen him only once on August 28.2004 with a black female Schnauzer that had a bacterial infection and was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism. We did a complete blood count, thyroid profile, serum chemistry panel and exam that day. [member name removed] also received an antibiotic for his dog and all was done for less than $200. He indicated that his dog was doing better when he came in three days later to pick up thyroid medication, but we have had no communication from him since. We do send reminders but if he was unhappy perhaps he chose not to respond to them. Of course, some will always feel that prices for services are too high, but we feel that our fees were reasonable and we did help his dog at the time of her illness."
