Newman's replaced my furnace under my AHS warranty plan. They are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They had been out several times previously to service a very old unit. The installation of the new unit took several hours. They cleaned up after they were finished, and they took the time to show me how the new unit and thermostat work. Without the warranty, the replacement would have cost approximately $2500. I am very pleased with Newman's and the new unit, and I would highly recommend them to others!

It turned out that the problem was very simple. Mr. Newman would not let me pay him. Excellent customer service and very courteous.

I love them because they are a family owned business. We have an old town home, and there were things that continued to happen and they kept at it until they were able to figure out what was going wrong.

We are new home owners and we were having the AC not cooling. We had this company come out 3 times to try to fix this issue and the first time they came out they told us it was a plug and we fixed that but still was not cooling. They came out a second time and the replaces the motor and said it was working correctly again but, I checked it and it was still not cooling the house so I had them come out for the third time and when the associate of the company came in he started to look at the AC unit and my father ask one question nothing to be nosey just wondering and my mother said he knows a tiny bit about AC's and the man lost it and started cursing at my mother, father, and me in front of my fiance's little sister who, is extremely ill and has to stay cool, is very young. He walked out on the job and I had no idea what to do.We ended up having Cody's HVAC come out and check it and figured it out that the unintelligent associate of the other company did not switch the two switches and they were causing the unit to freeze up. Cody's HVAC even kept the service call open for a few days after to make sure that it was going to work the right way and even checked on us to make sure. I would recommend Cody's HVAC anytime!
