Mr. Electric of Amarillo

I was very please with the professional attitude and the knowledge of Chris and his helper. It is nice to see someone that really enjoys the work that they do. I will us Mr. Electric again for my electrical projects and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It didn't. They never gave me an estimate, told me why they haven't or told me why they are not interested in fixing my electrical work.

It went well.

The attic lights are wonderful. Just what I wanted. The wires from the TV to the plug are no longer visible and an eyesore.

Mr. Electric was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were prompt on the visit for the estimate, they hit the estimate, and did a good job. Support staff at the office was good to work with. Since it was a large job (about 65 man-hours), they were willing to work with me on a T&M basis and I supplied the materials.

Electricians were courteous, diligent, and timely. They showed up when they said they would, and kept good communication throughout the job. They communicated well and asked questions when needed during the job. They treated me as if I were an important customer. The quality of their work was great.

Had a goof-up with an accidental misstep in the attic. They called out other crafts to fix the HVAC and the drywall. Top notch subs. Very professional. Mr. Electric managed the drywaller/painter and the HVAC folks. They took care of the charges and asked them to make me 100% satisfied. The subs all cleaned up after themselves, showed up when they were supposed to, worked hard, and then moved on.

If I had one drawback, it would be that the guys were not very good about cleaning up behind themselves. Doing this on a T&M job, I let it slide and swept myself. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, but it is worth noting. Overall, great job. Well done. There were providers in town that charge a bit less, but I suspect would've had a whole lot more headache. This was definitely a great value for the price.

The scheduler asked for details of the issue, and was able to get to my needs immediately because it was a simple fix.  Chris (technician) came within twenty minutes of my conversation with the scheduler. 
Chris and his apprentice offered to wear booties over their boots, which I greatly appreciated their consideration. 
Chris then observed the issue I was having, and told me exactly what it would cost to resolve it.  I agreed, and ten minutes later it was functioning as it should be!
After my issue was resolved, he checked both electrical panels for any problems (which was included in the price of the call).

Arrived on time and fixed the issue promptly, will use again.

The serviceman was punctual.  He seemed nice at the time that he came.  I explained to him what I needed.
He said that he had to go to the company for assistance on getting me the estimate that I requested.  He never called me back.  When I countacted him about 2hrs later; he was rude and told me that he was busy.  He also told me that I would have to move that 'stuff'. 
I contacted the office to let them know what happened.  They asked for another chance but I just could not get over the rudeness nor the fact that I did not receive a call back.  I had to initiate the follow-up call myself.

Arrived exactly on time.

All involved from their secretary to the electricians were all very professional and prompt. The work was done when they said it would be. They carefully cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again without a doubt

I called Mr. Electric to schedule repairs on a dryer plug that wasn't functioning. My regular electrical company was backed up by two weeks, so I came on Angie's List and found Mr. Electric. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. They were prompt, completed the job quickly, and both the technician and secretary I spoke with were very professional. I'm glad Angie's List led me to this company. I'll certainly be a repeat customer!

Company responded promptly and courteously...job was completed quickly...the only thing I was not too pleased with was the price...seemed high for the amount of work done.  However, since I didn't get any other estimates, perhaps it is average for this type of work.

The 2 men arrived on time. We thought the cost was a little pricey, but there wasn't any problem with the installation.

Punctual and professional.  Arrived when they said they would, performed requested repair.

After our air conditioner stopped working when the temperature was over 100 degrees, we called the company that installed the unit.  The A/C technician told us to call an electrician and in turn we called Mr. Electric.  The young man who came was very polite and informative.  He worked quickly and efficiently and in less than an hour after his arrival, we had a working A/C again.  One day later, we received a followup call and two days later, we received a $10 coupon from the company.  We plan to call them soon for another problem.  And I will ask for Roman, the man who came this week.

Daniele Flores came to install ceiling fan... excellent job, very professional and instilled confidence in professional job was being done. Came back to check on concern and did an instensive check and again was very professional. Will call with any electrical needs.
