I was told to go there. They had a pretty good selection. There were either 3 or 4 people who came out to install it. It has held up, and I haven't had any problems with it. The quality is good.

Always late to appointments from the original bid to job finish. They had to come back three times after the finish because of bad caulking, cuts and awful silicone still all over marble after job. I am still cleaning silicon occasionally after almost a year. Also there plumbing contractor had to come back in one day to fix a leak in one faucet. From a complete job the house was left a mess. From being in construction in my early years my boss said to always leave the job site cleaner than when u first got there. They have never heard of that. Last thing they are very unorganized. Workers always seemed to be surprised at some of the issues like cuts and caulking I brought up to bidder. It's like they never heard of what I was asking about.
i will never use them again and definitely would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

They came out to measure the countertops and where the openings for the sinks needed to, go then when they came out to install, they were not correct. They eventually took off $350. off the price because the measurements were wrong. The countertops are still not right. The medicine cabinets and lights had to be moved because of their errors.

Not well. Sales person misunderstood the colors we wanted and wrote the wrong thing down. We had picked a lighter or with some character and we got a tannish color instead. (My stupid whopper of a mistake as I thought she understood what we said we wanted ,because she indicated she did, and I did not check the final paper before signing to make sure she had written down the right things ). The product was ready before the scheduled time so we went ahead and let them come install. Installation did not take long. However, we made it clear that we wanted the old vanity and tub and toilet to come out in one piece so it could be donated to Restore for Habitat. The one man sent to take the tub out had to destroy it to get it out.The vanity was finally taken out in one piece after he called another person to come assist. There is a gap of about 1/2 in where the vanity back splash along the back wall meets the side splash guard . The mirror is the correct color and size that was ordered but the way it was installed ,attached at the bottom to the vanity, it would be a problem if it broke and had to be replaced. The marble vanity was also chipped when mirror was installed. If later on we decided to replace the cabinets it would be a problem by the way they installed the vanity and mirror. The plumber they used had to come back two extra times because of leaks and although he was nice an polite the bosses at the company he works for ,Joe the Plumber, were extremely rude . The attitude of the people at Marble Depo was more of a concern to cover their assets than concern that we were not happy with what we got. They did not indicate at all that they were sorry we were displeased for whatever reason.
