The man who came was prompt, courteous, and very expert at his job. Even though we were upfront in letting him know that we were shopping around, he spent a very long time doing a complete inspection of everything....roofing. windows, outbuildings, fences....everything. He worked up a complete estimate giving an approximate cost figure for the job based on the use of three different grades of roofing. He also gave us an estimation, based on his experience with our insurance provider, of what the insurance company's appraisal would most likely be.
After we met with a different roofing company the next day (we were not happy with them), we had more questions for the LG Roofing man. We called him and he made room for us in his schedule. He came over in about 2 hours to answer our questions. After contacting a third company, we decided to go with LG. He then told us he wanted to be here to represent us when the insurance adjuster came. We had an appointment with the State Farm adjuster for between 9 AM and 11 AM on Saturday, 6/15/2013. Our LG Roofing man arrived at 8:55 AM. He went through the entire appraisal process with the adjuster and did not leave until the adjuster was done ( he had to postpone another appointment for an hour ).
The roofing work has not been done as of yet, but we are thoroughly pleased up to this point.
