Each time I've taken my truck to Kroozers they have always been able to fit me in within a day or two, and have fixed the issue quickly. The gentleman at the front desk is usually able to identify the problem over the phone. I get a verbal estimate whenever I drop off a vehicle, and the cost of repairs has never exceeded the estimate by much at all. I once dropped off my truck with coolant issues. They kept it overnight checking the coolant system, found nothing wrong, but didn't bill me anything.
Very honest and dependable. Highly recommended!!

I was referred to Max's shop several years ago. Max is proficient, dependable and above all he is honest and truthful. If he determines your vehicle doesn't warrant the repair you percieved he will tell you and repair only that which warrants repair. You can trust your car to Max abd rest assured you will receive excellent service at a good price backed by honesty.

Kroozers has done work on my vehicles in the past and I have always been pleased. Max is professional and honest. As a single female I don't mind going to Kroozers because I have always been treated in a curteous and professional manner. I have used other automotive repair and service shops in the past and most places are pretty slimey regarding a single female. Max is a no BS sort of man. You don't get all that sweetie honey baby crap. Most important....he CALLS with a estimate before performing any repairs. The work that was done on my pickup was exceptional. The difference in how it handles and rides is incredible. Vehicles were both ready when promised and there were no surprises in the final invoice. The work to both vehicles was so incredible I just had to report it. By the way he also fixed an alignment problem to the Tahoe that Discount Tire was unable to repair (they actually made it worse). My Tahoe no longer pulls to the right and I will never purchase tires anywhere but Kroozers.
