Kelley Roofing

When my insurance agency called to let me know the roof on the home we were buying wasn't able to be insured (the week before closing) I went into panic mode. Luckily our realtors suggested Kelley's since we were they buyer's of the home we didn't talk to the team directly but they made sure the color was what we wanted before replacement and it was finished in just one day!

They did a really good job. It was pretty easy and they were quick. They were recommended by my realtor.

I was told when it would be done and it was done. A home inspector commented that it was a very good job.

AS USUAL, IT WENT VERY WELL.
HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I HAVE TO DO THIS???? i CANNOT REMEMBER ALL THE DATES AND ADDRESSES OR THE AMOUNTS WITHOUT PULLING FILES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SENT TO STORAGE.

Very punctual, very fast and efficient

All work has been satisfactory and done in a timely fashion. I can only remember having 1 problem and it was NOT a workmanship or quality problem. This was taken care of within hours of my discovering it.
In the past I would have to get more than 1 bid on a project. I no longer do that because I know the their price, service and quality will be as good as it gets.

Tornado damage to our roof - Danny Kelley came in claiming he was an insurance expert - HE IS NOT - his inabilities to get the insurance to settle caused us to hire a Public Adjuster, a 6 month delay, and additional damages to our home. Once the Public Adjuster obtained a settlement on roof we contracted with Kelley Roofing - Danny did all the negations with us, we agreed upon a price, job was completed, Kelley Roofing was paid (oh by the way Kelley Roofing is not a real roofing contractor he subs out ALL his work) Danny asked me to pay the subcontractor directly (of course I did not) A week after roof was complete I received an additional bill from Danny's wife Kathy Kelley for additional funds $75.00 for a GAF warrantee,  (which Danny had quoted was included in price, I sent the $75.00 and then received another invoice for the dumpster ? Kelley Roofing was now billing me an additional in excess of $800.00. I called Danny he said it was his wife Kathy?s doing and he would be back in touch (I never heard from him again) however Kathy sent an e-mail stating that she would not process the GAF warrantee until the additional funds were received (forcing my arm to pay this additional in excess of $800.00. I did and have to date not received my GAF warrantee, (this is now over 30 days ago) We just had our 1st significant rainfall for the season & guess what????.. our roof leaks numerous calls to Danny have resulted in no return calls. Kelley Roofing is a SCAM !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Danny was recommended to me by another company.  His bid was very reasonable.  When he got into the job, we discovered there were are lot more problems that originally thought.  He found the decking was rotted and needed to be replaced.  While the decking and roof were off, he was recommended new insulation as well.  Once we agreed, he had his people come in immediately that day to put in the new insulation.  He just did a great job overall and was really on top of things.

They were quick in returning our phone calls, got an estimate done and started when the the date we decided on. The quality of work seems to be very good. All in all, a very good experience.

I called and told them to go ahead and start on the job, and had to keep calling for 3 + weeks, before anybody showed up. The job was done after constant babysitting on my part, and I was not happy with the completed job, it was not done to my standards. I did call the owner and he came out and looked at the job and knocked some money off of the bill, which is okay, but now I am still left with fixing what I hired them to do in the first place. This company has a HUGE problem with communication, you cant get them to call you back. I wont use them again.
