As a first-time homebuyer I was unsure of exactly how the process worked and what I needed to do to buy the house I was looking for. Mark was very knowledgeable, reassuring and gave me a lot of confidence in the process as we selected a house, negotiated and purchased. I would recommend Mark to anyone in the Amarillo area looking to buy a house and wants someone that is not going to try and pull the wool over your eyes or let you get ripped off by a seller or seller's agent.

Well it is a long story but here it goes... I had talked to my wife as to what we wanted to do for our move from Fort Worth to Amarillo and we decided to buy a house that we could rent out but live in for the first year and mark showed me just what I asked to see Rent house material, not something more than I wanted. Just when we found a little house that was perfect for what I wanted... the inside of the house had been all redone and was perfect to live in for the first year and knock the new off until I could find the next townhouse I could live in and rent out anyway I showed the little house to my wife and she change all that we had been looking for! She Wanted Her House that she could be proud of and live in until we retire. So Mark had to start all over looking for entirely different kinds of houses and continued to show Her houses that She wanted until she found HER House...anyways I had started my loan on the little house with Bank of America because that was the Bank that had my last loan and thought that because they had all my info that it would be easier Mark tried to warn me about B of A but did I listen? Noooo! so that cost me a hundred and twenty Days but that is another story I will post what they did later!!! So anyways I asked Mark if he had any Ideas for the next loan and He sent me to a mortgage specialist named Dorothy Garcia and man is she Good! I am going to do a post for Her too!!! I will be using her again too! So anyways the house that my wife decided to buy we put the contract down and guess what Mark told me he didn't think it would appraise for what they were asking and He was right the seller what trying to sell it for what they needed to get out from under it so more negotiations and finely after all this mess we save nine more thousand dollars and ended up getting a better deal than even we had thought! So thank you Mark for you help and the knowledge you have, and thanks to the network of people that he uses ie title co. appraiser and others like Dorothy Garcia... Closing went smooth and without a hitch. I have used other Realtors in this city years ago before I moved to Fort Worth and WoW How nice it is to have someone on your side that Knows what He IS Doing!!!
