I originally placed the service request back in March, online via their website.  I got no confirmation, no call back, no nothing, until one of the Tech's calls me almost a month later stating he is in my neighborhood and would like to stop by and take a look. I met him onsite, He took the broken panes out and took them with him. Arrived next day at scheduled time to reinstall windows. Installation was uneventful. Called Office and paid over phone. Price seemed steep for 2 storm window glass panes, and one screen.

They came out, gave an estimate, and then came back to do the work.  Timing was difficult sue to all of the hail damage in the area in 2013.  They worked us into their schedule ASAP.  Very good job!!!!

It was a good experience and the price seemed reasonable at the time. This was the first time I used them and I had a good experience. They were satisfactory and I did not shop competitively.

I told them that I had a out of town trip scheduled in two days and they said if I could bring it in within two hours they would get it done that day and they did.  They did a very professional job and when they were done you couldn't tell that anything had been done to the car - excellent cleanup.
I will definitely use they again and I highly recommend them.

They took care of me really quick; that was the main thing. They got me in and out real fast. The cost was reasonable and I have used them twice; once for windshield replacement and one for chip repair. They got the job done on time.

From the beginning everything was explained to us regarding different front windshield replacement options and different pricing.  They were very honest and did not try to sell us the most expensive windshield.  The quality of workmanship on both the tinting and the windshield replacement was excellent.  Service was fast and everyone was very friendly.  We will use them again if needed for auto glass repair or replacement.

I had a hugh crack on my front windshield. The crack was too big to repair, so I had to replace the entire windshield. I was very anxious about getting the front windshield replaced on my Mariner, because it wasn't even a year old at the time. The same thing happened to my mother several years earlier, but the company she took her car to did a really bad job. Her front windshield never did stop leaking up to the point it was sold a couple of years later.  I looked in the phone book for a repair shop, and called quite a few. However, I made up my mind to use Glass Doctor after speaking to the lady on the phone who was very polite and informative. She told me to wait several days before coming in, so they could order the windshield and have it in the day I arrived. The price of the windshield had no relevance, because the insurance paid the balance after I paid the $200 deductable. Two days later, I got up early and took the Mariner in to have the windshield replaced. The day that I arrived I was told it would be best to leave my vehicle for several hours, so they offered to take me and my little 3 year old grandson back home to wait instead of making us wait in the waiting area. I was impressed that the owner volunteered to drive us when everyone else was tied up taking care of the other business. He was also the one that picked us back up after the work was done. Gas is expensive, but they focused on my comfort instead. The next thing to impress me was how nice the inside of the Mariner looked when I got in to leave. It was obvious the floor had been vacuumed, and there was a brand new can of window cleaner in the passenger seat when I got ready to leave. As I get older, the more I realize that a company's customer service is as important as the quality of performance. The Glass Doctor has both. I have never had any leaks or any other problems from the windshield not being installed correctly. They did a quality job, and I am very much a customer for life now.

They gave us an estimate on the job. On job day, they were prompt and finished the work in a timely manner. The two guys were nice and courteous. They cleaned up after they were done. I am very happy with the job.
