Home Warranty
Replaced the microwave and dishwasher without incident. Worked with us really well. Denied HVAC claim despite the recommendation of the technician saying it was ?pre-existing?. Worked with us okay on suspected gas leak, but didn?t have many plumbers who could handle it in the area. Also, be aware that they don?t cover getting it ?back to original?, so if walls need to be torn up, you?ll be in it for the carpentry and drywall. Denied coverage of water main leak in the back yard despite not specifically listing it as an exclusion in the package information. Told us they only handle stuff ?in or under the house? so it isn?t a warranty on the property, just the ?house?.
