So first of all we had them scheduled for one day, but they called the day before and said they couldn't come the next day- but they could come that same day. So even though it through off our schedule we said we could do it (since they said they could not come on the day scheduled). The movers got there, not very friendly- and then they started questioning the time we booked, later we told them to just move everything and we were fine with going over our time. They decided they would start with the furniture than go on to the appliances. 20 minutes later the guys are still out front, nothing is done! When we asked them why they hadn'tstarted they said that they were going to have to charge a stairs fee (we have 3 steps up to our house). We go inside to call their boss, and
they MOVERS LEFT!! So once we realize they are not coming back we call the boss again and HE DOESN"T EVEN ANSWER!!! Later on the boss texted us and said that they felt they were not the right movers for us. We thought it was so rude that he couldn't even answer our call and sends a text message? The attitude these guys had were awful- we gave them the option to take the bare minimum load to keep it the 2 hours and also gave them the option of us paying more for extra hours and they just seemed annoyed with us, which is interesting since they were the ones that couldn't even keep their schedules straight and get us in for our appointment on the day they had originally planned, also if they had stuck to their original date we would have been more organized on our end, instead of scrambling to get the house ready for the movers day of.
All in all this was a TERRIBLE experience, moving sucks anyways and these guys made it SOOOO MUCH WORSE!!! I would NEVER in a million years recommend these guys to move ANYTHING!! Total waste of time!!!!!

Six years ago we came from California to Amarillo and we used a big name mover. Things weren't handled how they should have been and as a result we had damaged items. This time around we chose to go with a local, smaller company. He came in with a good price ($1300.00 cheaper than the other bid we received). He was excellent. He came in and packed everything up. He did a beautiful job. Everything was padded and wrapped with tape. We had absolutely NO damage. We set things up in our new home for us, as my husband is in his 70's. We had a lot of furniture, 2 trucks full. I can not explain how good of a job they did with this move. They went above and beyond, they even set up our washing machine. Things were done right! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The movers were 30 minutes early which was fine, but we were not quite ready for them. They had been referred to us by another moving company that was booked on this day. They said that these guys were great and it was a Christian moving company. The truth was far from it. They would not speak to us. This was our first time to use movers and did not expect this. They took the beds apart, taped and wrapped our furniture. This was great and I just ignored their rudeness. Then we got to the new house. They sat most of the stuff in the living room and when asked if they would put it in the correct room, the response was I don't know. They knicked a wall with some of the furniture and knicked a dresser. I finally called the number on the truck to ask what all was included in the price I was paying and what would be done about their mistakes. The guy told me that anything they took apart they would put back together. On one bed that they took apart, they left the bed rails at the old house. They were willing to go and get the rails, but we would have to pay for their time driving across time. I was pretty angry at this point and just wanted them to get my stuff out of the truck, so I could pay them and leave. To compensate for the chipped paint they handed us 12 dollars to buy a quart of paint to repair the paint. I had a tiny paint chip to match and of course it does not match. They also chipped part of a dresser and nothing is being done about it. I was not happy with the service that we received. They seemed angry at us from the beginning and not sure what we did to bring on the rudeness.
