Very professional.  Did not do unnecessary work.  Offered suggestions.

They were very good. They were friendly and they showed us what they were going to do and they used a modern apparatus to fix it. Our house is old. It was built 1978 and you know the plumbing was 1978. They used a deal inside the tank that did not have that ball rises with water and when it gets to a certain point it shuts off well we were having problems with that part of the commode and they used another type of float deal not a ball and it works better. They were very easy going and forthcoming. They were very quick. They were not messy and they just did a real nice job. They wiped off the porcelain areas after they got through and all that kind of stuff. They were good. They were on time. They called ahead before they came. We weren't sitting around waiting on them that kind of stuff.

This is the second time we have used Dependable Plumbing. They were recommended by a neighbor. We have been pleased both times with their services. The first call was to install a new toilet. The second call was to unstop a kitchen sink and a slow draining bathtub. They are pleasant to deal with, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and have charged a reasonable amount. We had to wait both times for several hours, but that's probably normal, since it can be hard to predict how long jobs are going to take.
We would recommend them and plan to call them in the future whenever we have plumbing needs.

They are excellent. I would rate them highly. They are very conscientiousness and did a very thorough job the way we wanted it done. They had an extensive understanding of what they were doing. They were very friendly and there is a master plumber on the spot. I would use them again.
