Called and talked to a lady on the phone who was VERY rude. After asking me address, name, phone, and other items she then needs make and model number. I call her back 3 minutes later and she I guess threw away the paper with all the information because I had to give it all over again. And then she tells me the soonest she could be out would be a week on a fridge repair. The first thing I asked her when I got on the phone was how long it would be on a service call she said same day. A COMPLETE waste of my time and the lady was lazy and RUDE.

They got someone out to my house right away after my fridge quit running. They were professional and kind. Only ting weird is he repaired everything before telling me pricing but thankfully part was only $29.95. Service call was $65 and labor for 10 mins of work was $33.00. With tax it was $138.51.
