A year later, in 2012, I paid $150.00 to keep the warranty in effect, and they returned for a walk through, to check for any new bugs, and explained what to watch for, if I suspected any new break-out.
At my home, I had them spray for roaches and other bugs, and again, they were professional and on time and as of this time, approximately 4 months later, there are still no new bug.
