They were not very good. They were not professional. I booked them ahead of time and they did not show up. They took someone over me. Their price was good but, they did not show up on time. Instead of doing what he said he would, he took another job. He made me wait in another town and they showed up 4 to 5 hours late. The price was low end. They destroyed a lot of my property and it was mainly the owner. He did not have things organized. The man that actually did the moving was very nice. I would never use them again and I would not recommend them.

The two gentlemen were very professional and did a great job in moving the extremely heavy safe. I had no problems with the service they provided and they were very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again for other moving services.

These guys were 2 hours late. They did not find a door facing that they did not hit with my furniture. Broke one piece of furniture and did not mention it to me. Turned the small cabinet toward the wall so I would not see the damage. Damage was that they broke the door completely off and it was unrepairable.

The guys were very prompt and capable - no drops, no bangs, no problems! They worked very efficiently and even offered to help with minor projects around the move that I was completing by myself. I would use them again!

They 3 guys they sent to help me move were all great. They got after it and got the job done quickly. Great group and I will use them in the near future as I move out of state.

I contacted Budget Packers and Movers on March 26 at 4:54pm to get an
estimate to move me to a larger apartment in my complex. I was moving
from a 2-story townhouse to a single story 3 bedroom on the first floor.
I left a voice mail and the telephone call was returned promptly at
4:37 and lasted 7 minutes. I discussed my needs with the owner and my
concerns about some special pieces of furniture. She expressed
confidence in her teams experience and said that they use a 24 ft truck
and a two man team. She quoted a price of $70 an hour with a 2 hour
minimum. I originally scheduled for Monday April 1 at 9am. I called her
back about 3 minutes later at 4:47pm and asked if she had anything for
Saturday. She said she did have an appointment for Saturday March 30.
She said they had a cancellation and that the Saturday appointment
actually helped them. I asked if I needed to meet her at their office to
put down a deposit for the move. She indicated she didn't need a
deposit and we confirmed for 9am on Saturday. At 10:06am, I called the company because the moving team had not arrived. I talked to the owner again for 6 minutes. She told me that she did not have an appointment for Saturday but for Monday. I was very detailed in repeating everything she told me. She said they had a big move that was going to take all day. I was frustrated and told her that I had to vacate my apartment by Monday morning. She said she didn't have a truck available. She asked me if they couldn't get someone out today, would I be willing to have them move me on Easter Sunday. At that point, I was desperate and said yes.
I will give the company credit for reasonable cost. I will give the company credit for trying to find a solution for me. However, I will warn people that do business with this company to insist for some type of confirmation in writing. I found another company that moved me that afternoon so ultimately everything worked out for me. However, if this other company had not been available, I likely would not have met the move-out deadline. Get something in writing, insist on a email or something when doing business with this company.

They went above and beyond to provide the best sevice possible. They worked into the night to get the job done right the first time. Their quality of work is second to none.

Their 3 movers took 3 hours to unload our truck. This was late in the day and they had to have been tired, but they worked diligently and non-stop to get the job done. Unloading included a 600 pound slate for a pool table and they did a great job in maneuvering that. They also removed an inside door in order to fit items into the room. They were cautious about not scratching or scraping doorjams. We were very happy with their work and their price. They were scheduled for 2p.m. They called at 2 and stated a previous job was running over and that it would be closer to 4p.m. when they arrived. However, they did call twice in that time period to update us on their status and we understood that when it comes to moving, times are estimates and not always precise. Also, we were initially schedule to have 2 workers and they sent 3 at no additional charge to speed up the unpacking since they were late. We would recommend them to anyone needing a mover.
