They came immediately in the middle of the night when we had a broken water heater flood. Cleaned up water and left fans to run for 10 days. They require a large down payment before they begin.

We have been using them for 18 years and have had no problems with them. They are a little higher in price, but you get what you pay for. They charge us for two rooms worth of cleaning.They are wonderful.
