The mechanic took my car for a test drive before he aligned it. Aligned my vehicle and then test drove it again to ensure the car was steering straight and true. I picked up the car and it drove great. I received a follow up call from Barney's checking that I was happy with their work and to call them If I had any problems. I would definitely take my car to Barney's for repairs.

The person greeting me was very friendly and the shop was very busy.  She took my information and I left they keys to the M3 and caught a ride home since they knew it would be a while.  They called me later in the afternoon and told me it was ready.  I went up there and it was parked ready to go.  I paid using my debit card and they were all very friendly.  The guy that did the actual alignment told me he found a bolt actually loose that had almost fell off, but he tightened it for me. 



A couple of days later, I received a postcard asking me to call if I was not happy with my service.

My car had broken down, an old part needed to be replaced.  They checked with me every step of the way as I am living on a very restricted budget.  They were prompt, they called when they had any information and best of all the car sounds and runs better now than when we bought it.  They even picked me up and took me to my car.  Me and my husband will be using this shop for all of our automotive needs.

After seeing this shop listed on Angie's list I decided to contact this shop for necessary repairs on my truck and dropped it off with them on a tuesday morning. That afternoon they contacted me with an estimate and a diagnosis of the problems I was complaining about. By wednesday afternoon the repairs were complete and the cost was 120.00 dollars less than the estimate so I was extremely pleased with their courteous treatment and promptness of service.

This report is to change the report I gave back in July.  This is all about the previous report given then.  They fixed several things. Those items were all done satisfactory. However, when we went to pick up the vehicle, we were told only AFTER all other items were repaired, that the cars engine was going out. They said it could go out any time. They offered to replace the engine. We had no choice, but to pay the bill of $440.00. The car has been parked at the curb for over 4 months now.

My daughter lives in the same town as Barney's while I live two hours away.  I contacted them concerning the possibility of getting the vehicle in to be looked at and repaired, and set up for the next day for the vehicle to be towed in.  Less than two hours after picking up the vehicle, I received a phone call with an estimate of the total repair cost including towing.  I authorized the repairs and the vehicle was completed by the next afternoon. 

Barney's completed the work professionally and quickly.  I was treated as a valued customer even thought they did not know me and I had not used them before.  Highly recommended for any type of repair work.  Honest and do not try to sell you extra parts that you don't need and charge you a fair price.  Hard to find people with this type of integrity today.

They have a very nice systemand they are extremely fast.  They notify you when you are due for service.  Some of it I choose to do and some of it I don't they never pressure you.  Are always ready to answer questions and never did anything without letting me know along the way.

barney's was recommended by others and I would not hesitate to do likewise. An unusual experience in these times. Professional in every sense of the word.
