Alex Porters work was sloppy, unfinished, and well below any reasonable standard. He missed deadlines, constantly made excuses, and even said he would not come out to deal with it! Leaving our home in worse shape than it was when he began. Instead of doing the job right, he cut corners everywhere he could. He used the wrong, cheap materials, sprayed drywall texture over our baseboards, and even installed a patio railing on our indoor stairs, making the staircase awkward and unsafe. Most concerning of all, he knowingly covered up black mold without saying a word. When we raised issues, he either ignored us or became defensive. In the end, we had to hire another professional to undo the damage and finish the work?at a significant extra cost. He even falsely told us he had a lien on our house?something that was never actually filed?in what felt like an attempt to intimidate us. Don?t make the same mistake we made.

I am extremely pleased with the work Alex Porter and his worker did for me. They removed an old mailbox and installed a new one, taking care with every step to measure to get it perfectly mounted using concrete. Afterwards, they took care to clean up the area and dispose of all debri. If they take such care with every job they do, I would absolutely recommend them. Alex even went out of his way to recommend another worker for a specialized project. I would not hesitate to trust him for other projects.
