I called to make the appt and get an estimate, the receptionist gave me an est based on my estimate of the room sizes and based on the coupon she told me I could find in the phone book. The technician was professional and worked really h****** some of the old spots on the carpet. The carpet looked soooo much better when he finished. It ended up costing less than estimated (I over-estimated the size of the rooms). He was here about an hour and the carpet was really wet where he had to do extra work on spots - but I turned the ceiling fans on high and opened a window just a little and the carpet was dry by morning. I was very happy and will use them again.

The carpet was the standard cleaning, and we are past due for new carpet, so it came as clean as it could and took about 6 hours to dry. The tile on the other hand was amazing. I use a Floormate regularly but it is not a profession model like the company used. They said it would restore it and it certainly did. The grout was as light as it was when we moved in. I was so impressed. I will use Amarillo Steamway for regular maintenance on the tile. I am very happy with the way it looks (like new) and it dried right away.
