It went very well. They sent an employee out to measure and provide an estimate. I was contacted with installation dates available. The installers were very prompt and professional. They were as neat as possible, hanging plastic to contain the dust and cleaning up after themselves. The job was done within the time frame provided. The finished product was of excellent quality

It went perfectly. Our installers (Jeff $ Ron) were friendly, professional and most importantly, prompt.
From the start....we picked our floor on the July 19th, rooms were measured July 21st and quote was emailed to me that evening. I paid 25% deposit on July 25th and had new floors in the living room and dining room. I think that is pretty quick!
Our laminate flooring was delivered Monday so it could acclimate before being installed on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday morning the installers arrived around 9ish and started tearing out the old ugly carpet. By 3:30 we had a beautiful new wood floor in the dining room. Thursday Jeff and Ron came at 8:30 and began laying the new floor in the living room and were done by 4:00. They moved our furniture back and cleaned up everything very nicely.
We have had our new floors a week now and they look perfect! I am happy!
To finish...I highly recommend Amarillo Floor Co and will be back in their store soon to find ceramic tile to match mine that have cracked and I will request the same installers!
