Garbage Collection
First of all they don't show up when they are supposed to. The driver could not back the trailer so would pull into our property and drive clear out onto the grassy area. He has ruined our grass it will no longer grow there. When I called the office they said they would talk to the driver about it, which they never did. Driver kept doing it so I posted large notes on the can he just tore them down. I finally had to buy twine and posts and a large sign that said "keep off the grass" I also question the billing, they never put what was paid, they just keep adding charges with no explanation. Now I was getting ready to pay my bill, and they have raised the rates again. I am getting a recycling system and taking charge of my own trash. Terrible way to run a business.
