Our water dispenser on the fridge had a slow stream. Eldon gave us the choice of trying something on our own to fix it and save money. It was a simple thing, use blow dryer and warm the problem area. We tried it and it didn't work but we were grateful that we didn't have to pay him for this simple procedure. We called him back and sent him a picture of the info on inside of fridge so he could order the part. The part was slow to come in but it was during Thanksgiving holidays and it wasn't an urgent problem so we were okay with it. When he received it he was prompt in installing it. He didn't want us to pay until we had used it for a few days to make sure it was going to work. I think it was about a week when he called to check on it. It was back to the usual flow and he stopped by for payment. We felt it was a reasonable price for part and labor.

I called with a serious dishwasher problem - it was a really good Maytag dishwasher purchased 12 years ago with stainless steel drum and I didn't want to replace it. Cassie took the call, I told her what I thought the problem was and said that I had found a computer board online - she explained EVERYTHING TO ME - including that if that wasn't the problem I might not be able to return the part to the online service. I live 60 miles from any service of this type - so a 120 mile roundtrip and Cassie did everything she could to diagnose the problem and get an appointment (the very next day!) set up. Her husband is the service technician (and by her professionalism you would have NEVER known they were a mom/pop operation - just amazing professionalism!) and he PRE-PURCHASED THE PART for me and brought it over on the call. Yep, it was the right part and they arrived at the specified time ON THE DOT -  I can't say enough good about their service in our small rural area, they are amazing and I will most certainly do business with them again. I would encourage ALL Texas Panhandle residents with ANY appliance service need to call them - they are prompt, courteous, informative and very reasonable.
