Auto Service
We left our van and a few days after returning from our trip and found most (not all) of the audio/navigation settings were changed in our van. How did that happen? Wife said didn't we have some coins in the ashtray? Gone, but just a few coins right. Noticed the miles on the odometer seemed to be too high since our last oil change. We started to smell a rat.
Called the company, to inform them they may have a bad apple in their employee pool. We only wanted to FYI, them.
Called and asked, 'who is your manager'? Why? I want to speak with him! Why? She was nice compared to Mr. Ken when I finally got past the road blocks. What do you really want he said? Why are you saying this happened here with us? We don't have those type of employees here! Well, FYI maybe you do. Are you trying to extort and oil change from me, he said? Ok, after that and all the other crap he spouted I went from FYI (no big deal) to who is the Owner of this business. His response was ... your not going to be able to extort anything out of him either.
Use them at your risk. Don't expect professionalism or cooperation if anything goes wrong.
