We contracted him to do our septic system. He did it for awhile and then disappeared. He never returned text messages. I guess he wanted to go big time and forget us little people.

Mr. Joiner sounds professional & polite on the phone. Don't be fooled. I am a homeowner and I own many rental houses. This was THE WORST LANDSCAPING JOB I'VE EVER SEEN. (see the pics from today, 3/17/17. Sorry, I'm not a good photographer!). He was hired to restore a backyard ruined from dogs. That included (1) leveling/tilling the dog paths and holes. JOINER DIDN'T. (2) placing sod on all the bald areas & leveling the yard. JOINER DIDN'T. (3) Planting 3 & 5 gallon plants. JOINER USED SOME ONE-GALLON. (the smallest I've ever seen - look like seedlings - they'll take years to mature) (4) Inspect irrigation system & make repairs. I have no idea if he did this. (5) cut grass, clean up, etc. JOINER DIDN'T. I paid him the $600 just because I was now afraid of what he might do if I didn't pay him. I don't trust him. Liens? Worse? He just laughed at me on the phone when I complained. Then, he sarcastically asked what he needs to do to make it right. (HE ALREADY KNOWS THE ANSWER) I have asked him not to come back.
