The Workshop/Constructive Home Surgery

Spoke with Billy England, he said he could meet us, didn't show up one day. Called and said there was a problem and something about his boss, but he had said he WAS the boss so that was confusing. We rescheduled for a Sunday and the day of, he lets us know he couldn't show up, stuck on a job site. 4 hours later he says he's on his way; I gave hims 2 hours and he never shows up. We tried to contact him again and he finally 4 days later he sent a text saying he had lost his phone and it was broken and he lost his contact numbers. I was pretty aggravated at this time and just said 'sorry that happened' and left it. A couple days later we try to reach out one more time and again - no show! No communication, constantly had to track him down. Was consummately unprofessional.

It went great. They were responsive, punctual and got the job done quickly so I could stay focused on my parents house that was completely flooded. Barriers were put up to reduce dust and other particles of the work area from the rest of the house. Cleanup was thorough. The work is clean. Actually it looks better than the original so very pleased with the work and I have asked them to provide a cost estimate for my parents home that had about 4 foot of water in it.

I've worked with Billy for a number of years, and all I can say is that I am totally indebted to all the wonderful work and hours he put in for my small business. Billy is reliable, good natured, and highly competent. I highly recommend working with Billy Anglin.
