Day-To-Day Server was not good. We had Stearns pool clean our pool once a week. After noticing that the pool was still dirty on days they reported it cleaned, we checked out security cameras. We noticed that the pool cleaner would pool in driveway around 7 am in the morning, wait in care for 25-35 minutes, then get out and put a tag on door confirming service. After reporting this and offering video, we recieved a call from their management team that they were discontinueing our service. No futher callbacks or emails were ever returned.
