Most recently, they cleared out leaf-caused plugging of our pool's  skimmer return line.  Previously, they cleaned out our pool filter, and they also replaced some damaged piping near our pool's pump and filter.  They charge a fair price for the work that they do.

They have always been very reliable and provide a consistently high quality of workmanship with little to no intervention or instruction required on my part.

Great service. They arrived on time and performed a complete analysis of the problem. Provided estimates that were reasonable and focused on what was required to get the problem resolved. A real pleasure to work with.

We were unable to run the pool, because the filter pressure was sky high (the filter cartridges were clean). I called Stearns out to investigate and fix the problem. We also requested Pool School (we are new pool owners). Two pool techs arrived at our house and went to investigate the problem. They took apart a portion of the pool plumbing/filtration system that leads into the heater and sends water back out to the pool. They diagnosed there was a clog. They could not reattach the pipes to the heater and told me to call the warranty company and have them fix it. So basically left us from bad to worse, and charged us for it. We had another company come out, and fix the problem. It was a broken spring in the heater. The other pool company also reattach the pipes, Stearn's tech's were not able too. I called Stearns and talked to the owner to let her know my disappointment with the service. She was very nice on the phone and agreed that the ball had been dropped, but that was it. Needless to say we will not be calling Stearns again.

I have had been with Stearn's for over 18 years. I used them when Jim Stearns went to Iraq and the service plummeted. When he returned the service improved. The service has slowly deteriorated over the last 4 years and so has the pool. ( I have not lived at the property for several years ) I recently went and inspected the property they maintained to ready it for sale and found things in significant disrepair. I contacted them to come assess and repair what needed to be repaired. Upon inspection they basically told me they didn't know where to start and couldnt do the repairs. This is not what I would expect for a company that claims t be a full service company.
I would have expected at least an outrageous estimate not an out and out refusal to do anything.
Aside from not doing the job I found them hard to contact and they failed to follow up. I fired them for my monthly maintenance which cost $187 a month.

This is an ongoing service, which we've had for 5 years, and we've been very pleased with them.

They are wonderful. They are very reliable. We have used them for four years. They are reasonably priced.

I read the reviews of others concerning Stearns Pools. As others I am very happy with the weekly maintenance. They are very responsive and reliable.

We hired the company to provide weekly maintanace of our pool. Stearns provides prompt care and are responsive when date change is needed. We are VERY pleased with the owner and her competent staff. We have them weekly, and wish all our providers could be as reliable.

Everything has gone wonderful. They are very responsive. They will notify me if there needs to be a repair.

Their okay, they did their job. I have no complaints about this company.

Stearns Pools And Spas did an alright job however it took them two tries to get the job done right. In two days after the first repair it broke and they had to come and fix it again. They did the second repair job at no cost. They did a good job explaining what was wrong and what exactly needed to be fixed.

Stearns Pools and Spas have always done good work for me. They keep my pool clean and put in the necessary chemicals. They are polite and are always here when they say they will be. I have been satisfied with them so far. It's nice not to have to worry about the pool, as I know that they are taking care of it.

Overall, I do enjoy this company and use them often. There is not much to say about this company. They are very professional and I do trust them with their work. I have never been given a reason not to trust them. The people are great and they really know what they are doing. I never had to have them come for any problems relating to the work that they have done.
