Went to this store to have paint mixed in an unusual color (sort of a dove gray) for the house I recently purchased and am fixing up.  Store agreed to order and have in stock 3 additional gallons of a primer I wanted since I needed 6 gallons and they only had 3, and told me if I returned the next week they would give me a discount on the paint to be mixed for me.
Returned on the day specified, they had not ordered the extra primer.  They told me the paint would be $67/gallon and they would discount it.  I later found that what they had done was raise the price and charged me the same price everyone paid for paint.
The paint itself is good quality, but their flea market accounting practices and lack of customer service in ordering the primer they had agreed to order is simply bad practice.
I actually need 4 more gallons of the exterior,  even though this is not a common color and has to be mixed, I will find another company that will try to color match rather than using the services of this store again.
