The price is a little more because I run synthetic in my truck. The synthetic oil is more than the regular one. They treat me well. If I have an issue, they fix it. If I need a loaner, I get a loaner at no expense for that day; so I am not without the transportation. I also get reward points for taking my vehicle there and getting it serviced for oil change and things of that nature. The dealers are more expensive, but it is always better than paying something lesser than that.

I have been very pleased with them. I use their service department all the time and I have had no problems with them. They seem reasonable. They don't go overboard and they wash your car when you get a grease job and oil change. They are very prompt and there is an enterprise rent-a-car within a facility that if they have to keep you car a couple of days, they will pay for a rental car for you.
