handyman service
+ -1 moreWhen he does a job, he cleans up after himself. He's very neat. His costs are not out of line because he is a freelancer and they have always been reasonable. I have never seen anyone be able to look at something and know exactly how to fix it. He does such an excellent job. I haven't seen him do anything that wasn't perfection. He is quiet, clever, and is very a nice person.
Description of Work: He does commercial and residential work. He does painting (interior and exterior), kitchen and bathroom remodeling, he does wallpaper, sheet rock, texture, carpentry, and masonry repairs. He put my chimney back together by himself and put venitlating fans in my bathroom. He's put custom woodwork trim and framing in there too. He took out my gutters and painted my drawers. He does a list of things around my house. He's freelanced for decorators and has many other skills, as well.
