L & J JANITORIAL

I had back surgery and was unable to perform any kind of housecleaning duties. My husband called them and Mrs Lupe promptly came to give and estimate and then did the first initial cleaning. We decided to have them come weekly and they were always on time and did a great job. Mrs Lupe is very kind and caring. Not only did she care about making sure I was satisfied with the service I was getting but she also cared about me as a person. I would recommend L and J Janitorial to anyone. I even had them clean my mothers home and she was very satisfied.

I was satisfied with the service L and J Janitorial provided for me. They were a five men crew and they finished the job within three hours.

I was very pleased with their work. The workers do a good job. I have had them back. There is a crew of about five women.

Lupe was very responsive and friendly. She returned messages by phone, email, or text within a few days. No call center - just her. She alerted me when she was on the way with her crew. She also called promptly to clarify directions when she got turned around and was still on site within minutes of the agreed time.

She and her crew of 3 or 4 brought all their own supplies. She clarified my expectations on windows, the oven, and other things that some services may not clean (she and her crew did!!). They did a very thorough job and my new renters said they had never moved into a place that was so clean. I was very pleased.

The hourly rate was very competitive, but there was a 4 hour minimum (also competitive, but I don't recall being told this up front).

One of the employees stole an expensive item from our house .could not prove it , but later found out that the employee was caught steeling from another house .

Thank you Angies list for letting me find Lupe @ J and L. Before I hired them, she came over and we discussed what I needed/wanted and she explained the services provided. Set a date, and they showed up on time and went straight to work. Cleaned window seals, baseboards to walls and ceiling fans. Made up the beds, I had clean sheets laying on the beds...Each room was tackled and cleaned top to bottom.. in spare bedroom, where I had dried clean sheets, towels ... yep they even folded that up.I'm a widow and still have items hanging in closets and in drawers that I've just not been able to box and donate. You guessed it, Lupe told me they could help with that.

I understood 4 hr min. and it was four ladies that come to clean. They finished in 3 hrs and I I wasn't charged for the extra hour! how awesome is that. All friendly and professional. I have found a service that I will be a repeat customer. After 1st clean which is higher the next visits are less. Another A+ for me at least. Thank you and your team, Lupe.. Awesome job match up.

I have a rather large house, and both times they cleaned about half of it, which is what I requested. They were very efficient, and asked appropriate questions.

They did everything from ceiling fans to underneath the couches and wiping the walls.
