Called Tommy after my neighbor recommended him for a rodent problem. I called on a Saturday, just expecting to leave a message but he answered and said he would come Monday. Showed up on time, talked to me about the problem and explained everything. He even listened to me freak out over what he found ? he is set to come back in a day or two to check the traps. I am very pleased and would use him again for other services

He is good, he is responsive, and he has always taken care of me. He comes when I can be here. I haven't had any issues with them.

The service was provided by the owner of the company. Het was very professional and courteous. After using major pest control companies for years and not feeling comfortable with their services. I contacted Hometown Pest Management for a and quot;first timeand quot; try. They set a time for service within 2 days and they showed up at the exact appointment time. He covered the entire house, both inside and out and was very courteous. The charge was less thaan the big major companies that never covered the entire house. I am more than pleased with this company and would reccoment them for others to use.

"I can say that pest control, bee and animal wrangling is my only profession. I dont clean pools or hang xmas lights or service A/Cs. I am a EXTERMINATOR!!! When you call me for PEST CONTROL thats what I am focused on. I will stop your pest problems the 1st time not the 3rd or 4th try."
