General Remodeling
I was not pleased with them and their service. I ran into problems with their installation, but the quality of doors were good.

The manager was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. He claimed he could not return the full amount on the item, and began saying "I have no idea" concerning the amount he could refund. I finally asked him to stop saying "I have no idea." He leaned across the counter and said directly in my face "I have no idea." He then said "There's the door" and belligerently said he was calling the police. I was with my wife and one year old daughter. I was shocked and left. When I called the Home Depot complaint line, they said only that they would document the incident. The manager's name is Kevin Ashby.
