I called Brazoria Mechanical because he was referred by a family member and I needed an expert to help with the tempurture control in my home. During the winter I had to turn my heater on 80 degrees to make my down stairs warmer but it still didn't help much because we still had to use blankets down stairs and nobody wanted to go upstairs because it was to hot. Chris explained to me what my issue was in detail and what I needed to fix the problem. After the work was complete I was able to tell a difference immediately. The rest of the winter was great and it cut my utility bill down. We now have an efficient home! Zoneing my house was the best idea and I never would have heard of it if Chris didn't recommend it. Summer is here now and at night we can keep the upstairs AC cold and not waste a lot of energy down stairs. Chris was a lot of help and very friendly.
