Examined washing machine, said he needed to order parts and would be back Thursday morning. We asked that he come in the afternoon. He arrived at 5:45 PM. Repaired washing machine, gave 90-day warranty.
The dishwasher was inoperative after he fastened it to the counter top because we were unable to close the door. Took the screws out ourselves. We were not charged for this item.
Repairman is also the owner of what appears to be a one-man shop. Labor cost is lower than average, but be prepared to wait.
