Alvin Pest Control checked out our house thoroughly and then explained what needed to be done and submitted an estimate. They even had a Google Earth photo of our home that they added notations to! Every question was answered; everything was clearly explained. They were very prepared & knowledgeable & professional. They came back the next day to do the work. They installed 40+ bait stakes around our home & garages. It took just a few hours. They said that they'll be coming out several times in the next three months to monitor the progress (at no additional cost), and that we may have to pay for additional monitoring after the first year. The day after the installation was done, they came back to make sure it's working well- and it is! We're very pleased and very relieved to know that our termite problem is under control.

Jackie was very helpful. I work during the day and he offered to come after I got home. He was very accommodating. Explained everything to me and told me if I had any questions I could call him.

They were last here on Monday. They spray inside when I ask them to, because I have small children,  but they mainly do outside.

They arrived on time and completed an inspection to check for termites.  Then explained in full detail the Sentricon System and gave us an estimate of the cost.  We agreed to have the system installed and they were able to schedule the installation on the same day.
We are very pleased with their service.

The ants will nest underground and they are not native to the U.S. They will eat anything and you can't kill them. We had them so bad that they were coming in our house so they have had to do 3 treatments to try and get rid of them. They spray around the walls and then put granules in the ground. There's not much you can do but try and control them. If your neighbors don't treat their yards then it doesn't do much good.

I have used pest control companies in the past and this company has done the best job i have seen. He was there on time spent as much time as he needed to get it done proper. Have not seen any roaches, ants, or any bugs in my house since the work was done.

The owner walked me through getting rid of the tics over the phone. He would not come out since we were in contract with another company. However, we have been using them ever since the contract ended.. They have been wonderful. I would give them A++.

THEY ARE VERY POLITE. THEY COME THE SAME TIME AND DO A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME.
