Danny was very clear and upfront about the repairs needed for my air conditioner and the possible options. He went the extra mile to provide a complete written summary of his inspection and the final repairs. I'm also pleased that he completed the manufacturer's warranty for my product.

Shortly after placing my request for quote at 4:00 pm in the evening, Mr. Soto called me. I explained my situation that my air conditioner was broke and 14 years old. I explained I felt it was time for a new system and was concerned with the costs. Mr. Soto went to my house immediately and before I got home from work he was gone and the unit was running. I called Mr. Soto and he confirmed my situation, I needed a new unit and would have to replace the heater due to the age of the system. Mr Soto quoted me a price which was not as hard to swallow as I thought originally, I researched pricing and he was definitely the BEST PRICE, he didn't charge me for the repair and he installed my system 2 DAYS later. Mr. Soto was Polite, Professional and Honestly went above and beyond the call of duty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alvin AC for all your Heating and Cooling needs. Thank you Mr. Soto!

Danny did a great job considering how bad our situation was. Our house was a flipped house from the bank that owned it before. So we have a lot of issues. He found leaks all over our ducts that he welded and fixed up. We had the coil replaced, it was the wrong size for our unit outside. Also, found out our unit is too small for our house. We were leaking freon, big time. He gave us options that were very reasonable. He was polite and not pushy. He took very good care of us and even came back to check on us. Eventually we will need a whole new system, but he fixed us up so we can last a few more years and save up the money for that. He found a customer for life with us. I recommend him for any AC issues.

Danny is an honest and knowledgeable AC Professionaland. He does impeccable work. Our old air conditioner died on Memorial Weekend and he was at my house on Memorial Day to look at our situation. Our system was 30 years old and had to be completely replaced. We had cool air blowing in 48 hours. He focuses on quality rather than selling you things you don't need. His estimate was $2,000 less than the other companies who bid on our job. I cannot praise him enough for taking care of us in our time of need. Our house has never been more comfortable. I highly recommend him if you need AC repair.

This is my second time using Alvin Air. Danny installed an AC system and even cleaned out my discharge line when he saw that it was clogged. This simple action likely prevented costly ceiling repairs for me in the future. Mr. Soto is a very honest man; he does outstanding work, and he will never sell you what you don't need.

Danny at Alvin Air has been excellent to work with. He arrived promptly. He recommended a solution to the problems we are experiencing. When I expressed concerns about his solution totally solving the problem, he insured me that if it did not solve the problem, he would continue to work to solve the problem to my satisfaction and no additional charges would be incurred. We're trying to balance the air flow in my upstairs area and it can be a challenging problem. I'm confident I chose the right company!

He responded quickly late in the evening and was able to find the problem with my system. He installed a new outside unit while I was at work so I didn't have to sit in a hot house. Pricing was fair and the unit is better than the old one. I would recommend Alvin Air.
