This is the second time I've done business with Danny Soto of Alvin Air. Both times he exceeded my expectations. He responded to my frantic call immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he needed to do and said he'd be back in a few hours after he'd gotten the part. Again, he arrived on time and did his work quickly and efficiently. Additionally, he is pleasant and courteous. His price was reasonable. I recommend him highly and definitely would use him again. He turned a crisis into a pleasant experience.

Upon diagnosing the problems with my AC Unit he created a detailed estimate that had several different options, ranging from repair to replacement, to make sure I could afford to move ahead and get our air back up and running. Service was quick. Mr. Soto discovered a problem with our unit that would lead to it breaking down in the near future. He got the part to fix it so we never had to suffer the summer heat waiting for someone to come out and fix it. He was quick, efficient, very polite. We would definitely use him again.

Mr. Soto came out to our home to take care of our needs the same evening that I called him.

Friendly, fast, and affordable. He found away to fix a wiring problem by using extra wiring that had already been routed and only charged me the price of a service call - knocking $50 off an already agreed upon low price. I was very happy to have my AC working again so quickly and inexpensively.

We were very pleased with the price to replace the ac and duct work. Very kind, professional service. Will definitely have them do the servicing of unit in the future. Highly recommend for major ac work.

The owner of the company came out and gave me a free estimate for the work I needed done. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner found out that my heater was still under warranty and got my parts under that warranty and made the repairs. He is extremely honest and professional. I would hire him again and highly recommend him. UPDATE 12/18/18 Central A/C - Install: Alvin Air came to the rescue again! Danny zoned my unit and for the first time since I moved into my 2 story home, the 1st floor actually gets warm. He is professional and hard working. I will always call Alvin Air when I encounter any AC/Heating problems.

Like many people our age, you do not look forward to the day you know is coming when you will have to replace your entire air conditioning system. Well, that day came for us. Danny, the owner of Alvin Air, came to our home soon after I called him. He explained in detail how much in need of replacement or system was and also how dangerous the heating portion had become. After that I became convinced that the only thing to do was to replace that almost 25 year old system completely. The Alvin Air crew was extremely professional, careful about our home and furnishings and quickly completed the job! Our home feels great now, and we know it is safe again!
