Awesome experience! We were contacted within 3 hrs of posting need at 4am by all 3 companies, Alvin Air was at the house within 2 more hrs, diagnosed the problem and found the parts and installed them the next day now we are chillin in the air conditioning!

Danny, owner responded quickly to call, diagnosed, and set up an appointment for in next day. Very accommodating on setting an appt., job done as promised. Air conditioning working beautifully and a good warranty from Alvin as well as the manufacturer.

They came to my home the same day I contacted them. It was a Saturday! Danny is a very trustful man, he was on top of his job. Danny did exactly what I needed and he did not try to convince me that I needed other things done on my A/C.

Danny is a great guy, I it was late evening and the A/C went out I had a house full of visiting family that were staying the overnight. Danny took time from his family to help mine by coming afterhours, Danny didn't have the exact parts with him for my A/C but was able to get the unit going in a safe mode, cooling the house again. Alvin Air was prompt with a return call and arrived for work when they said they would. The repairs were quick, the response was quick, and I am very satisfied with Alvin Air. The price of the repairs was very reasonable.

Alvin Air arrived right on our scheduled time. That, in itself, is unusual by my experience. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to do the repairs that afternoon which also surprised me considering the amount of work we needed.. Everything is working great now and I'm very pleased.

Very knowledgeable technician, who recommended I repair the central air conditioner rather then replace it. I got three bids and one of the three recommendeded a replacement " very strongly." After I gave the go ahead to Alvin Air, they immediately responded back and repaired it in a couple of hours, plus cleaned out some drain problems I was not aware of yet. EXCELLENT SERVICE

When the technician/owner(Danny Soto) came to my house, he understood he was only to give me an estimate for the work and I would decide later who I would use. He spent over an hour looking at my system and crawling under ducts and through insulation in order to reach an impossible location to investigate the problem. Then he went outside and looked over the outside unit for problems. After a complete inspection, he gave me a game plan to correct my problems and stated a reasonable price. I was so impressed with his professionalism , I gave him the job and cancelled the others. GREAT CONTRACTOR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will use him again.
