TAZ'S TREE CARE

The guy does a good job when he is there AND AS LONG AS YOU ARE THERE!  Should the two of them leave for a drink, bathroom, lunch, etc...they will just get back when they can get back to you.  They work from about 10:00 to 2:00, then it is too hot.  I agree and tried to get them there early, I had a better chance at choking a snake.  
Like an idiot, I referred these two to other family members. Why?  The guy really was pretty good at tree trimming when would finally work  and I figured at least I knew the issues these two had.  I could have called someone else but I thought why start over with a whole new set of problems?
In the end, they stole $30.00 from my mother because they never did cut her one limb down.  They stole $300.00 from my brother and I tried for six months to get this TAZZ TEAM to just do what they agreed to do.  The whole thing was an awful experience and I just don't want anyone else to endure the TAZZMANIAN DEVIL.

Called Taz Tree Service in September and offered to let them come take down serveral standing dead trees to be sold as firewood. Taz came out and said he was interested after surveying the trees available. He said to call him in October when it got closer to the firewood season. I began calling in mid October but could never reach anyone. I left several messages but no one ever returned my calls. After about 3 weeks I finally reached a woman who said she would have Taz call me back. After two weeks I called again and reached the same woman. I mentioned that I never had received a call from Taz and she, in a very annoyed voice replied "He will call you if he wants to talk to you" and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back but got only the answering machine. I left a message that I thought her response was rude and would be making this report to Angie's List. No one ever returned my calls. It's been over two weeks now.

Jamie, the lady that handles the office, returned my call within 10 minutes. She scheduled an appointment for Jeremy to come to my house to give me an estimate, which was within 2 days. Jeremy gave me a written estimate. I got 3 bids and decided on TAZ's Tree Care because of their response and also the fact that Jeremy knows trees and bushes, when to trim and how to trim. He was scheduled at 9AM and arrived at 8:45AM. He and his guys were courteous, professional and made a point to clean everything up. He is also bonded and insured.
