Lifeway construction replaced some trim on our house that was rotting away. They did a great job at the best price. I am very pleased with their work.

Rosie and Margarito were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would, they cleaned up everyday. They gave me the best bid price out of everyone I spoke to. Their work is amazing! I am beyond happy with the job they did. I would highly recommend them, They replaced my windows and siding and my house looks brand new! I was nervous having to pick a company to do such a big job but definitely chose the right one. My house looks so beautiful!

Rosie and Margarito were such great people. Which to me is the number one thing about having a successful business. They expertly told us what was wrong with our siding in great detail. They covered almost all our questions before we could even ask. The showed up bright and early and worked very hard all day long to complete the job in one day as they said that they would. Again so professional. They made the agreed upon repairs and even a few more and didnâ t charge me. They painted way more then agreed upon so the color would match up. Iâ ve never had a contractor leave my house so clean. And they were always aware of our dogs and kept the gate closed as much as possible to avoid them getting out. Iâ m so happy with this company. I highly, highly recommended them.

Rosie and Margarito walked around the house with us in order to determine the extent of the deterioration of the soffit and wood trim. They even pointed out some flashing that was missing that the other companies did not notice. They replaced the trim, added flashing where there was none. They caulked all the windows and around the inset panels of the garage and front door, reinforced the porch panels that were starting to sag. Then, power-washed the windows and front door and garage door, and hand-painted with the perfect color of a well known brand paint. The house looks like new now. (and they did not leave specks of airbrushed paint on the windows, unlike a previous house painter we had before). And, I have garden all around the house. They managed to do all their work without damaging any of the plants. Anything they moved out of the way, they put back perfectly. They were not the lowest bidder, but they did superior work and used superior wood and wood composite and multiple coats of paint and were excellent to work with, very professional and friendly. I have already referred them to my neighbors wanting the same work done and will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience. Rosie and Margarito worked with us to provide wonderful results within our budget. They repaired a lot of our siding, and replaced what could not be repaired, then painted everything. Performed a few extras at no extra cost. Maintained a clean job site; cleaned up every night and removed all trash. I felt they were very conscientious and respectful of our home. High quality job, would definitely hire again.

Our remodeling could not have gone any better then it did because of Rosey and Margarito. They were very helpful in their initial visit because we weren't sure of the color we wanted on the walls and ceiling. They were very professional and very understanding that we had never attempted any type of remodeling. Rosey was extremely helpful in picking the correct color to go with the floor and vanity that we had purchased. Margarito was awesome as we ran into termites and ants in the walls. He had to replace the 2x4 along with the sheet rock. The problem beside the rotted wood was that the pipe ran in middle of the disaster. It was something that you see on HGTV. There man can fix anything. Rosey and Margarito are outstanding individuals and I recommend them for any project that you are starting or trying to complete.

Excellent job results at a reasonable cost! They reviewed my initial request in great detail. As we walked around my back porch they pointed out some worn woodwork and asked if I also wanted that replaced, at no additional cost. Of course I said 'yes' and proceeded to ask them if they could also replace my privacy fence gate, which they could at additional cost. They also asked if I wanted them to trim back some trees at a cost that was reasonable. Not only did they complete the trim and eaves repairs I initially requested, they completed my additional requests within the same, initial time estimate and at very reasonable costs. My only complaint is that they notified me at the last minute that they were showing up on Monday instead of Wednesday.

This company is amazing. I assumed all of my sidings would have to be replaced. They explained that was not the case. They replaced only the rotting or damaged. They also installed new windows at a very reasonable price. Rosey and Margarito are very professional, extremely capable, and very reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I'm having them come back in the spring to replace my remaining windows.

Finding good quality contractors is hard to find. So after our German Sheppard tore into the already worn siding of our house we knew we needed to find the right business asap. We found Lifeway Construction via Home Advisor and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Rosie and her husband Margarito provide free estimates and provide warranty. They always maintained communication with us and finished the project the same day. The price was very reasonable and we were completely fine with paying a little more with them than going with the cheapest lower quality estimate from other people. I'm sure we will use them future projects, also. Check them out.

This business has integrity,hard work ethic, and expertise. They were prompt, cleaned after themselves, and made my house look like new. They did everything I asked from installing new siding, repairing loose boards, and painting. They were pleasant and respectful, and the pricing was fair.! would recommend them to anyone!

I mostly spoke with Rosie throughout this process. We are military, so we were trying to have repairs made to our home in Texas while being stationed out of state. We really needed someone reliable who could do the work without issues. Lifeway Construction was a god-send for us. We needed the work done ASAP to close on the sale of the house, so they rearranged their schedule to make sure that it got done. They worked through difficult weather conditions and got everything done in the timeframe that we needed. They kept us in the loop with emails and texts of their progress. The tenants of our house raved about their professionalism and the quality of their work. We had a lot of siding repairs and repainting to be done. They actually did repairs above and beyond what was quoted without increasing our cost. The finished product looks amazing.
