The person I dealt with was Kevin Barnes. He was very flexible with when he came over; it was completely up to me to choose when he would come and stayed longer than I thought he would. He explained all the alternatives and he actually looked at my old leaking faucet to see if he could fix it, but it was not possible as the part of that series was not available. He was very good, helpful and obliging. He and his helper were very considerate of the house and made sure they cleaned up everything after the job, which was wonderful. I will use them again in the future.
