There was a wall in my moms bathroom with openings on each side. We had that taken out to make it larger. He took out two faucets to put her bathtub in there. We didn't ask for marble but that's what we got. He put the marble countertops where the sink is. He left holes where the sheet rock was. We had to have somebody else come in and reinstall it. It was just a disaster. He was in her room for months. My mother couldn't even sleep in her own bed. We're going to sue them.
Description of Work: They came in and did a pretty good job on my room. But they didn't finish my mother's room.

SHE TOLD US THAT THE JOB WAS FINISHED, WHICH IT IS NOT. I CHECKED OUT THE BBB, AND LICENSING GROUPS, AND FOUND THAT HE ISN'T EVEN LICENSED TO DO THIS KIND OF WORK. THEY TUB IS STILL NOT INSTALLED RIGHT, AND WILL HAVE TO BE RIPPED OFF THE WALL, AND SPACERS INSTALLED. EVERY TIME WE TURN ON THE FAUCET IN THE TUB, THE WATER RUNS OUT OF THE FAUCET, AND ONTO THE FLOOR. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNING OUR CALLS.
Description of Work: WE CONTRACTED THEM TO DO SOME REMODELING WORK. EVERYTHING WAS GOING ALONG FINE, THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND DOING THE WORK. AS SOON AS WE ASKED FOR AN UPGRADE ON OUR TUB, INSTEAD OF A PRE-FAB UNIT. HE SAID HE HAD SOME CONTACTS, AND SHOWED UP WITH A MARBLE TUB, AND SURROUND. HE HAD TAKEN THE TOILET OUT OF THE HOUSE DURING CONSTRUCTION. AFTER THE TOILET WAS RE-INSTALLED, IT WAS LEAKING. WE CALLED A PLUMBER OUT TO FIX THE TOILET, AND HE NOTICED THAT THE TUB WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. WE CALLED EUSTACE BACK, AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS OUT OF TOWN. SANDY JUST SCREAMED, YELLED, CURSED AT US, TELLING US THEY DID WORK FOR FREE FOR US, WHICH WAS UNTRUE. HER BEHAVIOR WAS JUST BIZARRE.
