Description of Work: He rewired and replumbed our old maid's quarters plus adding wiring and plumbing for a laundry room attarched, installed a new sewer line, at least got it inspected and approved, discovered after the toilet ran over that he had not installed the last 10 ft to the alley connection, Did quite a bit of electrical work in the house, have flickering lights and regular circuit trips now, sometimes in maid's quarter, where my 18 yr old grandson lives, his workers spent more time sitting on my property waiting for him to come and tell them what to do than working. They were more professional than he, even the alcoholic plumber. We've spent about $10,000 in having repairs done and haven't finished. Right after he started the work, I was diagnosed with cancer and was unable to keep him working.,.,,assuming he is capable of the work.
