Great. He was familiar with my spa and brought a new blower and installed it quickly. That seemed to fix my problem and I haven't had any trouble with it since.

I had used Mike Gray (High Desert Spas) in the past. He is the most knowledgeable spa technician I have found. I have tried others to repair an ongoing problem and it was never properly fixed. When I contacted Mike, he responded right away and scheduled me an appointment within a couple of days. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem on a pressure switch that was out of adjustment. He corrected the problem and checked the overall functions and settings of the tub. I felt very confident in his work and have not had a problem since.
