David Porter is excellent. He gave us two detailed quotes, one for each system. When another company stated we needed more airflow David came out again, took measurements, and determined we did not. David has an excellent crew working for him. They were careful, conscientious, on time, and cleaned up. David reviewed and checked that everything was installed correctly. David’s communication and follow up are also superb. He checked with us that the systems are running well. We would definitely recommend Webster Mechanical.

David was professional, honest, friendly and beyond. My tenant has complained the AC was not very efficient. I called David and asked him to check for potential problems. The communication was seamless and he came right on time. After checking everything and cleaning the outside unit. He concluded that the main issue is air duct too dirty and air filter not being changed regularly. He suggested to have the duct cleaned which is not a service he provides. At the end, he said none of the work he did cost us anything. We offered to compensate for his time (He spent at least an hour for us!) but he wouldn't accept it. He is the most reliable technician I have encountered and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

I called Dave to get a 3rd estimate on a new HVAC system.  He was very friendly and straightforward.  He explained exactly what he could do for us, and he didn't try to up-sale at all.  After receiving his proposal, we called him back out to answer some more questions.  He was very thorough in answering our questions and in showing us how the new units would be positioned and function in the attic.  It was clear at that point that he would get our business. 
He arrived promplty at the scheduled time for install and kept me updated throughout the process.  He and his crew finished the install in one day.  We were and are very pleased with his work.
